Memorial Day Parade

Malaga Fire Company, May 29

On the morning of May 26th, Station 43-4 participated in the annual Franklin Township Memorial Day Parade, organized by VFW Post 2071. Squad 43-4, Rescue 43-4, and retired Engine 43-41 were in attendance. The company also attended the Memorial Service at the VFW Hall. We would like to thank the VFW for all of their hard work for putting this amazing morning together.

Malaga Fire's First Duty Crew

On Saturday, 5/10/25, in an effort to improve response times to emergency calls for service, the Malaga Volunteer Fire Company staffed the fire station with a crew of three (five including our two candidate members). On the evening of December 21st, 2024 Santa will be chauffeured through town by the Malaga Volunteer Fire Company to bring holiday cheer to the residents of Malaga. Franklin Township is Gearing Up for Fire Camp 2024!

The Franklin Township Fire Companies are inviting 12 to15 year-old students from the
Delsea Regional School District and The Franklin Township School District to participate
in the Franklin Township Fire Youth Camp Week. This weeklong program will be held on
August 12th, 2024, through August 16th, 2024, and will expose the participants to a
variety of functions within the fire service field.

Crews of Squad 43-44 and Engine 43-41, Commanded by Chief 43-401 quickly extinguished a vehicle fire on the 3400 block of Harding Highway. The fire was handled while traffic hazards were mitigated in a timely fashion, getting the roadway back to normal operations as efficiently as possible.
